By purchasing or using MissionCue, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.

The product

MissionCue is a macOS menu bar application for goal reminders, focus sessions, and maintaining psychological presence for your tasks. It requires macOS 13 or later.

License

When you purchase MissionCue, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software, subject to the standard Apple Mac App Store terms. Since the application is purchased through the App Store, you can use it on any Mac where you are signed in with your Apple ID, subject to Apple's standard licensing rules.

Requirements

MissionCue requires macOS 13 or later, on Apple Silicon or Intel.

No warranties

MissionCue is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will work perfectly in every environment or across every future macOS update. We'll fix bugs — but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

MissionCue's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software ($7.99). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MissionCue.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted in release notes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
